Just write yourself an AppleScript to copy a set of files onto your RamDisk

Yes there are such things.
RamDisk+ 3.2.4, a control panel and
AppDisk 1.6.1, an application, are the two that I use.
There are probably others, maybe even on my website, but I'm too lazy to
look right now. :-)
