With 95% certainty, it's caused by a bad solder joint or two on the
four-pin connector that goes from the crt deflection yoke to the analog
board. Open it up (unplugged from the mains, of course), and use fresh
solder to resolder the joints. Inspect the connector; it may be burned.
If so, replace the connector, or just hardwire the yoke to the board.
