Phew! That happens when you try to read *too* fast... :-( Then the problem is most likely to be in the analog board or on the speaker itself. If you have tools, I would check if the analog board is sending signal to the speaker. If you can't do any test, I'd try first to swap the speaker. I think it is a 2", 8 Ohm one, but I can't say for sure. Anyway, unsolder it and go with it to your electronics show - they may be able to give you an equivalent without problem. If swapping the speaker doesn't solve the problem, then you will have to repair your analog board... other people in this list may be able to tell you where to look then (I don't have very much knowledge about analog electronics!).
