It's not quite so simple! I have both:

'UK' one has � above 3, return key is narrow and runs over rows 2 and 3, with the ~ and ` key to the left on row 3. Top left key is � and $. Return, shift, backspace are all indicated by symbols, not words, suggesting, perhaps use in non-English language contexts. M0110B

'US' one has # over 3, wider return key on row 3, with the | and \ key above it. Top left is ~ and `. Return, shift etc all indicated by words. M0110.
