Thrift stores are good sources for printers, particularly since ImageWriters and LaserWriters were quite common. Typical prices are $5 to $20 (depending upon where you go), and you will save on shipping. ImageWriter and LaserWriter drivers have been included with Apple's operating system since at least System 6, and I suspect much earlier.
