Netscape has all of it's older browsers online in the old software archive. Check out http://wp.netscape.com/download/archive.html for older, but still working versions of Netscape to get to hotmail. Not sure if you can get the older versions of IE from MS, I don't see a pre-8.1 version at MS, but you might be able to find it at TwoCows or Downloads.com
