The chip you need is a 4164 (or equivalent), with a speed of 150ns or thereabouts (it's best to match the speed of the other chips, so go with whatever they are
Where does one get such chips?
Is it easy to tell the difference between originals used for 128K and replacements used for board-level 128K-to-512K upgrades?
