I'm gonna ask if you have a programmer's switch in it. If so, remove it. If what Stuart says is true and you've rewired an ADB keyboard to work, remove it and reboot. If it is like most Plusses, it may have some weakened solder joints on the power supply board that just need to be resoldered.
