Hello,
I need to have one single floppy disk copied. It contains the entire contents (only the remaining important things) from our Mac SE. Since this is a one-time need, I am trying to avoid buying hardwire/getting the setup right/doing it myself. Actually, it's my Mom's computer, and I live two states away.
I need our 600KB floppy disk (just 1) copied to either a 1.44 MB floppy (1st choice--so as compatible with a USB floppy drive/G4/OS 9.1) or a CDR (2nd choice). If you would be willing to provide this service, please let me know your cost plus details and whether or not you would like the target disk to be provided.
Then we should be finished with a perfectly good and operational Mac SE which (I believe) will be given away this summer. This was/ and is a wonderful computer and allowed my mother to produce her large research book on 20th century harpsichord music. She is a person who basically lives far apart from most computer savvy things, but she got along fine with the SE with never a problem.
