To anyone who might happen to have the System 3.1 Finder 5.2 disk image that is mentioned at The Mac 512 site and elsewhere (the one with LaserWriter 3.0 on it): I'd love to have a look at that!

Well, I want two pieces of information about it: [1] to confirm the February date, and [2] to know what the disk called itself. I know from The Mac 512 that it had ImageWriter 2.2, LaserWriter 3.0, The Namer (presumably version 2.0), and the Installer. Presumably it also included Laser Prep 3.0 and probably also AppleTalk ImageWriter 2.2. I'm guessing that the disk was called "Printer Installation" but I can't be sure. My guess is based on the existence of a "Printer Installation" disk for System 3.2 Finder 5.3 that came with ImageWriter2.3, AppleTalk ImageWriter 2.3, LaserWriter 3.1, Laser Prep 3.1, The Namer 2.1, and the Installer.
I don't have the original of the 3.2/5.3 "Printer Installation" disk, only a copy. I'd love to see the label on that disk--was it version 1.1? If so, that would pretty much confirm the name of the earlier 3.1/5.2 disk.
I do have an original 3.2/5.3 "System Installation" update disk, which is version 1.0. I've added a scan of the label of the disk to the site (Stuart, you would have missed this, so check it out!) ...
