As someone has pointed, the easiest way to transfer the data is using TransMac, a software that lets you read/write Macintosh-formatted media in a PC (giving the PC is able to accept the medium - TransMac will not automagically make a PC able of understanding Macintosh 800 Kb diskettes). But I wouldn't go the diskette way (unless you want to start a Compact Macs collection by buying a SuperDrive model ;-) ). Instead, I would tell you to plug an SCSI controller or an USB-to-SCSI adapter in your PC, and attach the Plus' external hard drive to it. I use TransMac and an USB-to-SCSI adapter to copy the downloaded files from my PC to my Classic's external drive without problem. If you go the USB way, just make sure your disk has an ID 0 before connecting it - otherwise, it will not be recognized by the adapter.
