The board was set to the Plus it came out of. All boards must be adjusted to their surroundings. The vertical setting is tricky. I'm NOT saying YOU must do this, but when I adjust my Plus's vertical setting, I spray a little WD-40 into the coil, let it sit a bit, the adjust with power on from the inside using a long-necked torx driver. A #15. The coils become fragile over time. Without the WD-40 you'll likely crumble the coil inside the form, with NO chance of adjusting the vertical at all.
