Yeah, I noticed that "Ethernet is running=No" thing... OK, so how does one
go about turning Ethernet "ON"???

In any event, it doesn't make much sense because AppleTalk over Ethernet
works fine, so I don't know how it could be "off"

Don't know if this is related, but in the MacTCP control panel there is an
option for "EtherTalk (A)" (square icon w/ horizontal arrows)or "Ethernet
Built-In" (small globe icon w/ vertical wires coming down from it &
horizontal arrows). Haven't found any difference between the 2 in
functionality

Any other ideas?
