Yeah, I noticed that "Ethernet is running=No" thing... OK, so how does one go about turning Ethernet "ON"???
In any event, it doesn't make much sense because AppleTalk over Ethernet works fine, so I don't know how it could be "off" Don't know if this is related, but in the MacTCP control panel there is an option for "EtherTalk (A)" (square icon w/ horizontal arrows)or "Ethernet Built-In" (small globe icon w/ vertical wires coming down from it & horizontal arrows). Haven't found any difference between the 2 in functionality Any other ideas? -- Katzy > From: Sherman Chen <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > Reply-To: "Compact Macs" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > Date: Wed, 28 Jul 2004 08:45:39 -0700 > To: "Compact Macs" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > Subject: Re: Broadband Compact > > Maybe you need to turn the ethernet on?
