I had received a personal reply from Doug McNutt, but telling me to reply to Jim Patton, regarding chassis screws, but my reply got bounced, as you said. We need them before we can install the Asante card, as so many of the chassis screws had been replaced by the wrong sort and would just cause damage if re-used. As to what sort, I don't really know, other than ones for the chassis!
