Hello,

Not sure this is the correct list for this but here goes. I have an LC 520 I
am not using. I have also had the guts (power board, mobo and drives) for an
Imac lying around. So, as you may have guessed, I stated thinking that I
might put the Imac parts into the LC 520 case, using the internal monitor.
The parts will fit, but hooking up the internal monitor to the Imac mobo is
a bit daunting to figure out on my own. Has anyone tried this? Would it even
work? Is there possibly a web site that explains such an operation?
Comments?

It's a little OT, but as it's the kind of mad thing the list nanny has played around with, you'll probably get away with it. ;-)

$64,000 question is the model of the iMac from which the l/b was pulled. Slot-loads are far harder to use for this purpose. There are 'rack-mount iMac' sites which Google should find.
