Speaking of browsers, can I get idea's on which browser is best for my CC/575 setup?
Its got 68040 cpu, 132mb ram, 4.3gig drive, and OS 8.1. I have heard of iCAN, but haven't tried it yet, are there any other fairly modern browsers that work on 68k? Java would be nice, but not required.
Wrong list for the discribed mac, OS8.1 is bloatware, the browsers name is iCab you can also use NS4.08, IE4.01 or a few others. Java for these is dated so its a good thing its not required.
The hdd is big enough, install them all, a ram drive for cache if on dialup and have fun. What you loose on the swing you pickup on the roundabout. In other words all have there uses and faults. Use your own judgement. NS has Aim or icq (?) if thats important to you
