you definitely need to latest MacTCP and/or the latest OT for your OS - figuring out which one was the latest for 7.5.5 took some deduction, but the info to get there is at Jagshouse and places Jag links to. I can check my version and try to figure out which one you should have (of OT) tonight if you need me to.
There is also an updated AppleShare RDEV (what Chooser selects). While it's primarily for using ASIP it may also work better with newer AppleShare implementations on AT.
Interesting. How is that obtained? Is that the same as the AppleTalk extension?
