No, it is the stock 512 x 384
It does have a LC 520s motherboard in it, but I know that isn't the
problem, because it did the same thing with the Color Classic
Motherboard.

Could well be a bad solder joint. If you're handy with a soldering
iron, a check and re-make of all cold joints might well solve it.
It would also be worth checking that all internal cables are well
located - you need a T-15 driver to get inside the case.
