Is this what you see, i suspect so, it sounds like you have already
performed some of the checks. I had two SE/30's with this problem, the
solution for me after trying everything else was to wash the board in an
alcahol solution, cleaning up the 'goo' that had leaked from the
capacitors marked C7, C8, C9 ( I washed the board in the kitchen sink,
but other here can advise on dish washer settings, and still other will
tell you 'Noooo!', however with careful washing and drying it can work)
The washing trick worked for 1 of my SE/30's but not the other one, so I
have now got hold of some replacement capacitors and will pluck up the
courage to desolder the old ones and solder on the new ones ....soon.
