Yes.
However, for temporary use, you can tape over the left side hole to get the
data off the disk you used in the Plus. But, for archival purposes, please
find some 800KB DS/DD 3.5" floppies. Both your Macs will thaSnk you.

Speaking of Buying real DS/DD 3.5" floppies, The CSA2 Apple II FAQ has a
nice little list of online/phone order services that stock DS/DD disks
in both 3.5" and 5.25"... obviously the latter doesn't apply to the Mac,
but the former does....

...Last I bought them I got them from meritline... I think it's the best
price, but that could be subject to change... so just check them all.
I hate using HD floppies as DD.. they always lose the data in only a few
hours for me. It really is best to use DD as DD instead of HD as DD. HD
requires like a stronger megnetic charge or something than DD which is
why it like doesn't hold the data very well, it like loses the charge
because it's too weak.... but it can be ok for temporary purposes ...
only temporary purposes. with scotch tape.
