Catched the problem again, but now in Linux Mint. HW: ATI Radeon HD 4500 series mobility, Core i3-330M, 4GB RAM. Proprietary drivers installed (fglrx).
My configuration In CCSM: Composite - Update freq=60; all checkboxes are clear. OpenGL - all checkboxes unchecked. All works properly. But when check "Sync with VBlank", windows are moving slowly again. If uncheck - it starts work right again. However, there is another problem, not connected with this thread. E.g., I have opened chromium-browser in full-size mode. After switching between windows I cant see if I control some elements in the chromium window, e.g. textboxes. Minimize, then maximize - and everything is OK then.
