I have the same issue, with a Logitech G500 mouse. I find that if any application opens up secondary windows, like say a search/replace dialog boxes, or even too many menus, then there seems to be some sort of buffer that fills up and makes window dragging more and more choppy.
This is usually resolved by simply closing and restarting that application. it's a very annoying bug, and like everyone else here has said, if I plug in an old Microsoft mouse the problem goes away completely. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of compiz packagers, which is subscribed to compiz in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/764330 Title: Move window annoying slow with compiz To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/compiz/+bug/764330/+subscriptions _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~compiz Post to : [email protected] Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~compiz More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
