This is very surprising behaviour, although perhaps the switcher relies
on Unity components being "active" somehow. I noticed that with the HUD
key disabled (as per the original report), if I go into the workspace
switcher, alt+tab combination then works. So I expect on the back end
there is a logical reason for disabling the HUD key binding breaking the
Window switcher, from a user's perspective, this does not make sense.
Disabling the HUD key should not break the window switcher.
