Also an update regarding flickering. I have only noticed very minor
flickering (maybe unrelated to this bug) since adding Christopher's
repo. I have had a few system hangs, but I believe I encountered
similar hangs before updating. Here are my Compiz packages (with
descriptions removed for formatting purposes) to confirm what I'm
running:
$sudo dpkg --list | grep compiz
