Hi,

I am just reading this thread. I was investigating a bit on the puny code last
week for a project. I basically just want to make sure that everybody is aware
of a simple fact.

Puny code exists because new Unicode software has to work old/legacy non
Unicode software. Whenever we treat a domain inside our code that domain should
be seen as a non Puny code. Meaning we process and store Unicode and only use
Puny code to communicate with other old software.

Please correct me if I am mistaken.

Best regards,
Björn Dieding
