I can't get more out of them than "It only occurs after a while, and we no longer have a testcase because we downgraded PHP again. We haven't filed a bug report either." I'm guessing a faulty script, or something GD related. But whatever it is, it keeps them from upgrading PHP and bumping the required version would keep me from using the components. :( I really don't feel like starting all over again... once after ditching the zend framework is enough for me.
