I made some slight changes to the server as well as incorporating Remi's suggestion:
1. Server will not send "play b resign" or "play w resign" 2. Main web page is at http://cgos.boardspace.net There are links to status page of both 9x9 and 19x19 3. The old page was removed - so if you bookmarked cgos.boardspace.net/9x9 you will have a broken link. 4. A link to the 19x19 instructions were added to the main page. There have been a number of server hardware and software issues, not directly related to the CGOS server code which we think have been resolved. So I'm hoping that it will be easier to shake out actual CGOS bugs. I suspect there is still a bug where the server mysteriously stops scheduling games under some condition and I'm very interested in solving this. So if this happens and you think it's related somehow to the behavior of your program, please let me know. My dream is to be able to reproduce the bug at will. It's possible this bug was related to the external factors but I doubt it, I think it's still there. One person reported that he disconnected, then reconnected after his program had lost on time, but before the next round began. So I am going to try to create that condition to see what happens (the code concerning this doesn't look suspicious to me but whatever tickles the problem ...) But if you notice anything strange, please let me know. - Don On Mon, 2007-07-16 at 08:57 +0200, Rémi Coulom wrote: > > > > I want the program to play on 19x19 CGOS (only plays 19x19 Go). > > What is the time limit for that size?
