The two-step diagonal jump is called "chikiri" in Japanese (verbal 
form is "chikiru"), which is AFAIK entirely used in Go.  "Chikiri" is 
a special jump because it has a weak point of "hazama" and rarely 
played.

I've found "chikiri tobi" and "hazama tobi" in some Chinese sites and 
both designate the two-step diagonal jump, by googling.  "Hazama tobi" 
seems more common.
