named "Special Issue on Artificial Intelligence in Computer Games" open for
MCTS/computer go research papers. Then you describe how to submit to the
conference and mention that a selection of conference papers is eligible
for the
special issue. (If I understood correctly.)
Since the conference’s deadline is next week and if approved, one author
must
travel to Taiwan at his own expenses, can we submit a paper for the special
issue without submitting for the conference?
If yes, what is the procedure for submitting to the special issue without
submitting to the conference?
