Yes, I can ping it and telnet to port 6813.  I left it running this time,
saying it will retry shortly, so we will see...

Can you ping cgos.boardspace.net (67.202.75.88) and telnet with port 
6813?  I eventually got the same error a few times but was fixed later 
with no action.  I guess the error was caused by some network trouble.
