Although Brian brings up many interesting features of this position, I think the short story is this: You have two battles that playouts don't understand. Whether a particular battle is won by black in a playout has a probability of about 50%. The two battles are roughly independent, and black wins if he wins either one. So you would expect to see a winning rate of around 75%. Anything lower than that means that the program is understanding something about the position. This seems like a very good position to work on improving.
