You get something like 60-70 ELO for each doubling of hardware speed. You can probably extrapolate that to Go by determining what you get for a doubling in GO and then figuring out how much the mobile phone hardware hurt Fritz and extrapolate to GO. Comparing Fritz to Rybka is not a reasonable comparison because Rybka is pretty far ahead of Fritz. That is remarkable because Fritz is a really good program and always has been at the top or near the top.
