Check for mobo has any problem internally regarding the usb controller. Check for the usb driver available for the host controller. If you have in devmgr, then check the properties for any intr conflict is there and resolve those conflicts(not needed for usb). ofcourse try to get latest mobo drivers and also flash the rom.
