Hi,
Sometimes what happens especially with windows xp is that on startup
the devices will not be recognized. So you start up the computer with
the devices plugged in? if so that might be your problem. however, if
it does not help anything when you do it. it may be that the device
drivers are not supported by sp3. check on the manufacturers websites
to see if there is a conflict.
