There are two problems here.

1. You are using a product that is in BETA testing.  You will get
errors such as these when BETA testing a product that isn't ready for
the market.

2.  You used a product that deletes entries from the registry and you
didn't say if you backed up the registry beforehand.  That's a big no-
no.

My suggestion is to you, remove IE 8 and continue to use IE 7.  It
works great over here.  If you feel compelled to BETA test for a
company that should get it right the first time, EXPECT errors.  I
would then run a repair on your installation.  That will clean up any
system files that are out of whack.
