There exists some software that i tried my self before that some how could extract the password out of the card it self, try to look for that , i had the same problem but i already had an idea what my password should be like or close to what , it gave me some text full of special un-understandable characters and my pass word was among those characters , so i knew that that was my password when i saw it, i dont have the software right now any more , but try to look around for it, and im not sure if there is any shop or something that can offer unlocking mmc cards , good luck
