There are some formatting softwares, but you will lose all the data
stored on it, and they will be non-recoverable...
But right now, im not aware of any formatting software, capale of
doing it...I installed a HP product claimed to do it, but no, it
didnt.
you need to put it on a computer(with card'mmc' reader) or on a phone
that will do the format without alerting you to input the
password...My old Nokia 9300i would do it, and with no problem at
all(and no installed software,just its built-in browser)
f it happens you know anyone with 9300i, it is capable of it.Or go to
some phone stores, that may use a phone to format it, or mayb they
have some good formatting software
