I have scanned a Veterans Administration form for rehab information and have saved it with a .pdf file name. I did this because I desire to fill-in the information requested in the form with my PC software. But after the form was scanned and given a .pdf extension file name, I have discovered that I am not allowed to write to this form. Is there a way that I can write to or type my information into this form?
Must I send this VA form to Mars for editing? I just desire to fill- in the areas that ask questions....Yikes!
