I have a desktop running XP home SP-3.
Every so often when I'm working my keyboard stops functioning.
I have to reboot to get it going again.
If I plug in another keyboard the problem is still there.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the keyboard drivers but that calls
for a reboot so it would have temporally fixed it anyway.
System restore didn't help.
I'm using the older circular plug-in rather than USB.
The same thing happened several months ago and the problem eventually went
away but I have no idea why.
Do I have to wait for the problem to quit or is there some way I can fix it
permanently?
