It doesn't always have to be the hardware, maybe you need to download newer codecs, for me i use k-lite codec, just google "k-lite" and download the latest one ( is 4.4.5 when i checked ) and install it then try again. if you have any older ones i think its recommended that you uninstall it first, should work if that's the problem. good luck
