when you press the Esc, you will skip the logo of Toshiba. usual BIOS keys are F1...F2....F10...F12....and almost always, DEL. Now for legacy support.....just disable it, and check if it works better......some systems require the legacy to be disabled( if im not wrong, or maybe the contrary). Please post back, to see if it works.
