I have installed on my WinXP Pro machine, JAVA SE Runtime Environment
6 Update 1, JAVA 6 Update 3, JAVA 6 Update 5, JAVA 6 Update 7, and
JAVA 6 Update 11, over the last year or more. Each of these takes up
over 100 MBs of installation space on my HDD.

My question is, do I really need all these updates (since they are all
still part of JAVA SE Runtime Environment 6)? Or are these actually
overlapping each other's update features and I don't need the earlier
(or lower numbered) updates? Can I safely uninstall/delete these from
my installed programs?

Thanks in advance.
