sure, if it is good, then everything is possible. Is it a PATA/SATA? (the cable in the back, is it a large one "40" or a small one "5" ?) the new computer you will buy is most commonly will be SATA, while if your hard drive is PATA (IDE) then you will either make sure your motherboard supports IDE or that you will need to get an adapter. If it is SATA, then you are good to go in all ways.
