>>My problem is that I need "Network Drivers" for my Dell.
The problem is you don't have the original drivers or that you have them,
but they don't work?

If you bought a new Dell, the drivers provided with your driver CD should
still work. Warranty or no warranty. If you are able to install them perhaps
you could do the compleat update-ms patch installation and check if it
works. You say you suspect its the motherboard, why? Do you get an error,
any aditional info?

>>Does anyone know how I can get the Network driver(s)?
These days you can get most drivers on the web. Have you googled the exact
driver specs for a version that fits your configuration?
