awake795, You should be able to find the drivers you need on Dell.com Just go to either a "support", "download" or "help" section.
If your motherboard is indeed dead and you're buying a new one, a CD would come with that one providing you with any/all required drivers for it, so you would not require any further Dell assistance regarding your hardware except for any compatibility with Dell software and your new hardware.
