You say you are sure you have a wireless card. ? Perhaps the easiest way to find the manufacturer/model of the card would actually be to open the box, its simple, 4 screws on the back with older PCs, or only two nobs on the back that you can open with your hands, and take a look, this way you'll know for sure. What does your BIOS listing say? Or systeminfo in windows? I entered your serv.tag. on the Dell s. and didnt find a wireless nic. That still doesnt mean you dont have one. Is the info i got accurate - Latitude C610?
