Recently on my Windows Vista Home Basic, I have encountered a problem
with my "Connect to a network" window where, even though I know I have
a dial-up connection configured on my system, this window does not
register the connection. At the same time, I am now seeing a folder
on my desktop called "_hiddenPbk," which, when opened, contains a file
called "rasphone.pbk," where my dial-up connection does, in fact,
reside.

Through this method, everything seems to work fine, but the folder is
a total nuisance. Is there anything I can do to rectify this
situation?
