Also found this affects ACDSee v4.0 we use for viewing image files.  I
uploaded three images to explain the issue.  In the first image you
can see that Inventor is maximized in the viewing window.  ACDSee was
used to view a JPG file and with the ACDSee window fairly small, the
image came in fine :

Then in this next image, you can see that when I stretched the size of
the ACDSee window slightly, the background of the Inventor file showed
up in part of the viewing window of ACDSee and the image itself
remained about the same size as it was in the previous window :

Then in this last image, I maximized the ACDSee window and you can see
the mess it created with the display :

Sometimes when the window is made large, the view just blanks out,
other times is snags some of the background view and throws it in the
viewing window as is happening in the above pictures.  This does the
same kind of thing with ACDSee, PDF viewing (thru Reader directly or
the plugin for IE7), FastStone Capture and FastLook drawing viewer.
