I'm not sure of any adjustable frame rate thing, but as The KwikOne
said, motion detection is a better solution, just saves the pictures
that has something different in it, like a man standing, a car passing
etc, you wouldn't need a 24 hours video, while you can put that all in
like around 20 pics a day, and about LAN cams configuration, it can be
accessed from the cam's IP just like any router.
