This is a very, very, loaded question since what is best for one
person is not what is best for another. It mainly depends upon what
you are doing with it when travelling.
As for the networking capabilities, I personally prefer having all 3
types available: wireless, wired, and modem (plus also a cellphone
networking adaptor such as can be bought from Verizon with some
cellphone plans but this I do not have as I do not want to spend all
that extra money)
